Agrária Malte

This is the largest malt plant in Latin America, and its flagship activity is the production of Pilsner Malt, supplying approximately 30% of the demand in the Brazilian brewery market. After a recent expansion, it is able to produce 360,000 tons of malt per year, and now produces some special malts, such as Pale Ale, Vienna and Munich Malts, all using 100% national barley. It holds the ISO 22.000 certification for food safety and good manufacturing practices.

Besides the malts produced in its own malting plant, Agrária Malte offers a complete portfolio for the production of beer: the best Special Malts, imported from its associates Weyermann® (Germany), Crisp (England) and Dingemans (Belgium); a great variety of hops from HVG, New Zealand Hops and imported directly from producers (United States, Slovenia, Czech Republic and United Kingdom); dried yeasts from Lallemand, liquid yeasts from Bio4, extracts from Weyermann® and Liotécnica, adjuvants and co-adjuvants from Prozyn, bottles from Verallia, barrels with Micromatic valves from Penglai Jinfu, non-malted cereals and high maltose syrup.
